Unfortunately not, 5 days is the maximum time we are allowed to hold the stock after it was paid for as we have space restraints. 

 Yes, collections are welcome during trading hours however we are only able to store items for maximum of 5 days, there after we have a fee of a R100 a day.

  Returns and exchanges are handled according to the Consumer Protection Act and the condition/type of product purchased. Please speak to our team for assistance. 

 We have extra units of some of the items with a red sticker on it indication, more stock available. Many of our products are limited stock clearance items though, so once sold out, they may not be available again.  

 Unfortunately not, due to the nature of our business, we are only allowed to remove it from the floor once its paid. 

 Yes. Most products are brand new, although some may be showroom samples or slightly shop-soiled. We endeavour to disclose defects however the products are on display for personal inspection.
